I'm currently a Customer Support Engineer at Vercel, where I help resolve Pro and Enterprise customer issues, specialising in CI/CD and compute.

I previously worked as an Avionics Engineer working on Eurofighter Typhoons in the Royal Air Force, solving complex issues in a fast paced, high stress environment.
